我院2012年医疗设备总值已较2009年增长了67.34%,医疗设备管理越来越复杂。医院医学工程处的工作已经从设备出现故障后维修逐渐转变为医疗设备质量管理层面,进而提高到医疗设备风险评估的高度。从医疗设备风险评估开始,分析造成风险的原因,针对原因提出对策,进而消除或者弱化风险,将风险系数降低到最低水平。我们对医疗设备风险开展了分析,将分析结果通过“鱼骨图”的形式表现出来(图1)。针对“鱼骨图”中可能产生风险的各个因素,遵照美国质量管理专家戴明循环原则开展各项工作。戴明循环包括计划(P)、执行(D)、检查(C)和调整(A)4个部分。
The total value of medical equipment in our hospital in 2012 has increased by 67.34% over 2009, and the management of medical equipment has become more and more complicated. The work of the Medical Unit of the Hospital has gradually shifted from the maintenance of equipment after failure to the quality management of medical equipment, which in turn has risen to the height of medical equipment risk assessment. Starting from the risk assessment of medical equipment, we analyze the causes of the risks and propose countermeasures for the causes so as to eliminate or weaken the risks and reduce the risk factors to the lowest level. We analyzed the risks of medical equipment and presented the results in a “fishbone diagram” (Figure 1). According to the various factors that may cause risks in the “Fishbone Diagram”, follow the principle of American quality management experts Deming cycle to carry out various tasks. The Deming Cycle consists of four sections, Plan (P), Execution (D), Inspection (C) and Adjustment (A).
