企业文化是企业在生产经营实践中逐步形成的,为全体员工所认同并遵守的价值观和经营理念,以及在生产经营实践、管理制度、员工行为方式与企业对外形象的体现的总和。它是企业的灵魂,是推动企业发展的不竭动力。中国石油面对市场经济带来的机遇和挑战,亟需培育出具有自身特色的企业文化,从而推动中国石油的机制创新和快速发展。
Corporate culture is the gradual formation of the enterprise in the production and management practices. It is the sum of the values and business philosophy that all employees recognize and abide by, as well as the combination of the management practices and management practices of employees and the external image of the enterprise. It is the soul of the enterprise and an inexhaustible motive force for the development of the enterprise. Faced with the opportunities and challenges brought by the market economy, CNPC urgently needs to cultivate its own unique corporate culture so as to promote the innovation and rapid development of CNPC’s machinery.
