建筑项目工程造价是一项实践性、经济性、技术性非常强的工作,涉及经济的各个领域。随着建筑市场的发展,大型和超大型工程越来越多。很多工程在建立的时候,由于没有合理的控制工程造价,经常存在预算超概算和结算超预算的现象发生。工程建设项目的核算需要多层次进展,从项目的设计、实施和竣工等多方面进行控制。只有合理进行建筑项目工程造价的控制,才能让资金合理的运用到建筑工程中,让施工进展各阶段的资金得到控制,促进建设单位的发展和完善。
