Phase contrast microscopy urinary red blood cell morphology has been widely used to identify glomerular and non-glomerular bleeding. Many researchers have emphasized the important role of this test. However, other studies have not confirmed the close relationship between erythrocyte morphology and clinical findings. They found that allopathic red blood cells partially overlap in glomeruli and non-glomerular hematuria. This is because there is no clear definition of abnormal red blood cells. No clear boundary between glomerular and non-glomerular cells was drawn. This article aims to demonstrate phase contrast microscopic examination of urinary abnormalities by comparing urinary red blood cell counts in patients with glomerular diseases and non-glomerular diseases and in vitro morphological changes of red blood cells in solutions of varying osmotic pressure, pH, and protein concentration The significance of red blood cells.
