21世纪以来,国家倡导走可持续发展道路,可持续发展在各行各业中都要得到落实,建筑业也不例外。在人们极力推崇绿色建筑、自然生活的大环境下,完善强化绿色施工管理在建筑行业内的价值,以及为开拓建筑行业新的发展方向都存在着重大的意义。只有走可持续发展道路,建筑企业才能长久发展,建筑行业才能不断进步。作者从事这方面的研究多年,了解当下行业内的各种状况,可以为出现的问题提供可行性的建议。个人也提倡绿色施工管理能成为当下行业内新的思路,新的方向,为整个行业带来质的改变。
Since the 21st century, the state has advocated taking the path of sustainable development. Sustainable development must be implemented in all walks of life and the construction industry is no exception. Under the great environment of people advocating green building and natural living, it is of great significance to improve the value of green building management in the construction industry and to explore the new development direction of the building industry. Only by taking the path of sustainable development, construction companies can long-term development, the construction industry can continue to progress. The author engaged in research in this area for many years, understand the current situation in the industry, can provide feasible suggestions for the problems that arise.
