一、前言辉光离子氮化具有表面硬度高,硬度梯度好、无脆性、省氨等优点。所以离子氮化工艺已经受到普遍的重视,发展很快,但目前普遍存在着测温比较困难、炉温不均匀、工艺参数难以选定等问题,使不少设备未能投入生产。我厂离子氮化炉在80年上马之后,虽经多次调试,但氮化质量时好时差很不稳定。在测温方面,由于采用了热电偶模拟工件测温,基本上解决了问题。在炉温均匀性方面,根据调试结果来看,主要与装入炉内工件有关,只要保证同炉装入的工件大小、形状、长短一致,并采取一定措施后,也是可以保证的。所以,
