90例受检者的心肌断层显像、冠状动脉造影及运动心电图对比分析结果表明,心肌断层显像诊断冠心病的灵敏度为97.1%,明显高于冠状动脉造影(84.3%)和运动心电图(46.2%)(p<0.01),心肌断层显像特异性不高(55%),但其阴性预测价值(84.6%)明显高于冠状动脉造影(64.5%)和运动心电图(30%)。心肌断层显像对左冠状动脉前降支病变检出率最高。
Myocardial tomography, coronary angiography and exercise ECG in 90 subjects showed that the sensitivity of myocardial perfusion imaging in diagnosing coronary artery disease was 97.1%, which was significantly higher than that of coronary angiography (84.3%) and exercise electrocardiogram (46.2%) %) (p <0.01). The specificity of myocardial imaging was not high (55%), but the negative predictive value (84.6%) was significantly higher than that of coronary angiography (64.5%) and exercise electrocardiogram (30%). Myocardial tomography on the left anterior descending coronary artery disease detection rate was the highest.
