中差生一般都是学习基础较差,知识缺漏多,智力稍钝,反应稍慢,学习上懒散,马虎,作业上抄袭,心理上自卑,失去上进心。因此必须一个一个地主动和他们交知心朋友,建立融洽的师生关系,真诚相待,不歧视,不训斥,做好耐心细致的思想教育工作,进行学习目的教育。从而激励中差生树立远大理想,激发中差生勇于拼搏的精神.矫正中差生的厌学心理,唤醒他们学好物理的积极性和主动性,填平心理上的鸿沟,得到心理平衡,建立起学好物理的信心。
In poor students are generally poor learning base, lack of knowledge and more mental retardation, the reaction is slow, lazy, sloppy, plagiarism, psychological inferiority, loss of progress. Therefore, we must take the initiative to work with them to make friends with each other and establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. We should treat each other sincerely, not discriminate against them, refute reproaches, do patient and meticulous ideological education, and educate students for learning purposes. So as to motivate the poor students to establish a lofty ideal and to inspire the poor students to bravely struggle.The spirit of correcting poor students' weariness and awakening them to learn the enthusiasm and initiative of physics, filling the psychological gap, obtaining psychological balance and establishing a good physical confidence.
