1939年的诺门军战争,日本侵略者遭到惨败(详见本刊今年3月号《鲜为人知诺门罕》)。其主要原因之一是苏军牢牢地掌握了制宣权,一种新型武器——航空火箭弹的首次参战。

In 1939 the Nomon army war, the Japanese aggressors suffered a fiasco (see the magazine in March this year, “little known Nomon door”). One of the main reasons for this is that the Soviets firmly mastered the proclamation of the right to declare a new type of weapon - the first battle of an aviation rocket and missile.
