为了筛选适合郴州烟区烤烟育苗的营养液,研究了几种不同氮源配比营养液对烟苗生长发育及生理特性的影响。结果表明:在3种不同氮源配比的营养液中,硝态氮与铵态氮比为6∶4的育苗营养液更加有利于烟苗根系生长发育和壮苗培育,其培育的烟苗根系活力强,叶绿素含量高,硝酸还原酶活性强,而且能显著增加烟苗生物量和根冠比。
In order to select suitable nutrient solution for flue-cured tobacco seedling in Chenzhou tobacco growing area, the effects of several nutrient solutions with different nitrogen sources on the growth and physiological characteristics of tobacco seedlings were studied. The results showed that in the three nutrient solutions with different nitrogen sources, the nutrient solution of 6: 4 ratio of nitrate to ammonium was more beneficial to the root growth and seedling cultivation of tobacco seedlings. Strong root activity, chlorophyll content, nitrate reductase activity, and can significantly increase the tobacco seedling biomass and root to shoot ratio.
