收费票据主要是指医院为了获取最大效益的原始法定凭证,是对医院每笔业务收入具有着详细的记录合法依据。伴随着医院内部规模的不断扩大,要确保医院住院资金运行的正常、安全,就不得不从规范住院收费处等票据管理,强化医院的内部控制。本文主要就如何强化医院住院票据管理内部控制,结合笔者多年工作研究经验,详细论述了医院住院票据内部控制的几点措施与效果体会。
Bills of charge mainly refer to the original statutory vouchers of the hospital in order to obtain the maximum benefit. It has a detailed record of the legal basis for the revenue of each hospital. With the continuous expansion of the internal scale of the hospital, to ensure the normal and safe operation of the hospital inpatient funds, it is imperative to strengthen the internal control of the hospital by regulating the management of bills such as hospital toll collection offices. This article focuses on how to strengthen the hospital’s internal management of hospital bill management, combined with the author’s many years of work experience, hospital treatment of hospital bills in detail the internal control measures and effects of experience.
