目的:研究榼藤子水溶性提取物对小鼠移植瘤S180的抑瘤作用及对血白细胞的影响。方法:昆明种小鼠腋部皮下接种S180瘤细胞后随机分组,分别灌胃给榼藤子水溶性提取物50,100,200 mg·kg-1和5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)25 mg·kg-1以及0.9%氯化钠溶液,连续10 d,观察实验鼠的一般状况,瘤体性状、大小及组织学特征,计算抑瘤率,检测血白细胞。结果:榼藤子水溶性提取物对S180的抑瘤率在32.43%-47.75%之间,与0.9%氯化钠溶液组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),且抑瘤率与给药剂量呈正相关。病理组织学观察表明:试验组瘤块中央片状坏死,周围有大量的淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞浸润。榼藤子水溶性提取物对小鼠的外周血白细胞没有明显影响(P>0.05)。结论:榼藤子水溶性提取物对S180有良好的抑制作用,对外周血白细胞没有明显影响。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-tumor effect and the effect of water-soluble extract of Benjigona soni on mice tumor xenografts S180. Methods: Kunming mice were inoculated subcutaneously with S180 tumor cells and were randomly divided into 5 groups: 50,100,200 mg · kg-1 and 5-Fu 25 mg · kg-1 and 0 .9% sodium chloride solution for 10 days, observe the general condition, tumor traits, size and histological characteristics of the experimental mice, calculate the tumor inhibition rate and detect the white blood cells. Results: The inhibitory rate of water extract of Prunus rattani on S180 was between 32.43% and 47.75%, which was significantly different from that of 0.9% sodium chloride solution (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the tumor inhibition rate was positively correlated with the dosage. Histopathological examination showed that the central lesion of the tumor in the experimental group was necrotic with a large number of lymphocytes and macrophages around it. Water chestnut vine extract had no effect on peripheral blood leucocytes in mice (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The water-soluble extract of M. japonica has a good inhibitory effect on S180 and has no obvious effect on peripheral blood leucocytes.
