Composites have been the single most visible development of aerospace structures for almost two decades now that composite materials have been deployed in aircraft design and applications. In principle, composites have the potential to save on average 25% of each weight and cost - both of which are in the making. Saving weight and reducing costs are still major contributors to the further development of these materials. From research and development to static tests and eventually steady advances in flight tests, composites are continually proving that they can indeed be used as the third most advanced aerospace vehicle,
