The “Symposium on the Seventh Administrative Law of the Mainland between the Taiwan Strait and the Mainland” held by the Taiwan Administrative Law Institute in 2005 was held from July 30 to August 1, 2005 at the Center of Public Enterprise at Taipei’s Chengchi University. Experts, scholars and officials from the field of administrative law theory and practice in mainland China and Taiwan attended the seminar. The theme of this seminar is the parties’ obligation to work together with the administrative investigation system. Attendees respectively talk about the administrative procedures.
