本刊讯黄河干流上目前拟建的海拔最高的水电站——玛尔挡水电站近日获国家发展和改革委员会批复建设。玛尔挡水电站是龙羊峡以上黄河干流湖口—羊曲河段规划的第十二个梯级水电站,位于青海省海南藏族自治州同德县与果洛藏族自治州玛沁县交界处的黄河干流上,海拔在3200m以上。该工程主要开发任务为发电、促进地方经济发展。电站采取堤坝式开发,混凝土面板堆石坝最大坝高211m;水库正常蓄水位3275m,相应库容14.82亿m~3,死水位3240m,调节库容7.06
Benxi hearing the Yellow River main stream is currently the highest elevation of the proposed hydropower station - Mul retaining power station recently by the National Development and Reform Commission approved the construction. Malbazhu Hydropower Station is the 12th cascade hydropower station planned by Hukou-Yangqu Reach of the Yellow River above Longyangxia. It is located on the mainstream of the Yellow River at the junction of Tongde County, Hainan Province, Hainan Province and Maqin County, Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture , Above 3200m above sea level. The main task of this project is to generate electricity and promote local economic development. The dam adopts dams. The maximum dam height of concrete faced rockfill dam is 211m. The normal reservoir water level is 3275m, the corresponding reservoir capacity is 1.482 billion m 3, the dead water level is 3240m, and the adjustment capacity is 7.06
