经中央批准,中央组织部、商务部、国家行政学院,分别于2009年10月12日至16日、11月2日至6日,共同举办了省部级领导干部反垄断法专题研讨班和国有重要骨干企业领导人员反垄断法专题研讨班。在学习研讨中,两个班的学员针对当前反垄断工作中存在的主要问题,围绕实施《中华人民共和国反垄断法》(以下简称《反垄断法》)、推进我国的反垄断工作,提出了一些政策建议。上期已刊发了部分省部级官员的文章,读者反响强烈,本期我们继续这一话题,摘取来自冶金、粮食企业领导人的精彩观点予以刊发,与读者共享。
