随着城市建设的高速发展,城市土地愈发稀有珍贵,建设方向开始向高空和地下发展,大体量的地下混凝土结构工程越来越多。地下室挡土墙大多为大体积混凝土,具有截面大、构件长、钢筋密、混凝土浇筑方量大等特点。目前高层建筑混凝土地下室墙裂缝现象较为普遍,严重影响了工程的结构安全和使用功能。本文通过对工程中常见的两类裂缝进行对比,分析其产生的原因,找出预防和治理墙体裂缝的措施。
With the rapid development of urban construction, the urban land is more and more rare and precious, and the construction direction has started to develop at high altitude and underground. The amount of underground concrete structures is increasing. Basement retaining walls are mostly mass concrete, with a large cross-section, long components, steel dense, large amount of concrete pouring and so on. At present, cracks in the basement walls of high-rise concrete buildings are more common, which seriously affects the structural safety and service functions of the project. This article compares the two types of cracks common in engineering, analyzes the causes, and find out the measures to prevent and control the wall cracks.
