1991年6月16日至18日,第二次湖南广播电视史学年会在岳阳市召开。会议传达了4月下旬在南京举行的第二次全国广播电视史学年会精神,总结了“七五”期间湖南广播电视史学工作成绩,研究和制订了“八五”工作规划。会议收到论文17篇。文章作者围绕广播电视史学研究,結合各自编史修志的实践,就资料积累、篇目设计、概述体例、文章质量等方面,多角度、多侧面、多层次地展开论述,既有一定的学术性,又有较强的指导性。省广播电视学会常务副会长肖雁樵出席了这次年会并
