由于风力发电行业本身的特点和风电场运行管理的特殊性,任何单一的评价指标都难以对风电场运行经济性进行全面、完整、综合、客观的反映。本文采用层次分析法提出了风电场运行经济性综合评价方法。运用这种方法可以对风电场的发电情况、无功耗用情况、运行费用及人员效率情况等几个风电场运行经济性评价应考查的主要方面进行综合评价。
Due to the characteristics of the wind power industry itself and the particularity of operation and management of the wind farm, it is difficult for any single evaluation index to comprehensively, completely, comprehensively and objectively reflect the operation economy of the wind farm. In this paper, AHP method is proposed to evaluate the operation efficiency of wind farm. This method can make a comprehensive evaluation of the main aspects of the economic evaluation of wind farm operation, such as the power generation situation of the wind farm, the condition of no power consumption, the operating cost and the personnel efficiency.
