最近,我们对北京、天津两市扩大企业自主权试点企业的经济效果进行了调查分析。(一)京、津两市扩权试点企业实现了增产增收。北京市扩权试点企业有342户,占市属预算内国营企业472户的72%,产值占91%,利润占97%。天津市扩权试点企业有495户,占市属预算内国营企业的60.5%,产值占80.2%,利润占87.7%。
Recently, we have conducted an investigation and analysis of the economic effects of the expansion of enterprise autonomy pilot enterprises in Beijing and Tianjin. (1) The pilot enterprises for expanding the power in Beijing and Tianjin achieved increased production and income. There are 342 pilot companies in Beijing that have expanded their powers, accounting for 72% of the 472 state-owned enterprises in the municipal budget. The output value accounts for 91% and the profit accounts for 97%. There are 495 pilot companies that have expanded their rights in Tianjin, accounting for 60.5% of the state-owned enterprises within the city’s budget, with an output value of 80.2% and a profit of 87.7%.
