笔者责编的一部书稿最近从质检部门发回,质检员把书中所有的“前苏联”全部改为“苏联”,据说是因为有人在权威报刊上发表过文章,证明“前苏联”之“前”字不能用。带着疑惑,笔者查阅了中国期刊网上所有与“前苏联”用法有关的文章,发现其中大多数都主张“前苏联”中的“前”字
