职业生涯规划教育进入职业教育,取得一定作用的同时,还存在着目标制定模糊、实施困难等问题。中职生目前正处于由学校跨入社会的阶段,目标明确,能激发学生内在动力、能落实到明确的行动中的职业规划对于即将走向工作岗位的中职生来说很有必要。在客观分析本地区职业生涯规划教育现状的前提下,结合NLP心理教练技术应用到职业生涯规划教育中的效果反馈进行思考和探讨。
Career planning education into vocational education, and achieved some effect, there are still ambiguous goals, implementation difficulties and other issues. Secondary vocational school students are now at a stage of entering the society by the school. The goals are clear, and the internal motivation can be stimulated. The career planning that can be implemented in a clear course of action is very necessary for the secondary vocational school students who are about to move to work. Based on the objective analysis of the present situation of career planning education in this region, this article will consider and discuss the effect feedback of NLP psychological coaching technology applied to career planning education.
