本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查等方法对近年来中考体育政策进行回顾、分析和梳理、并从多项身体健康指标来探索我市中学生体质健康状况,调查表明:随着中考体育项目丰富,考试形式逐步严格和透明,家长、教师、学生比以往更加重视体育锻炼;学生在中考的体育段落中改善了师生、生生关系、提高了自信感、加强了学生之间互相协助能力、加深了同学友谊、又提高了学生的集体主义观念;研究中我们也发现了各地在体育教学过程中仍存在不少问题,严重影响了学校的体育教学,对部分学生体育行为造成负面影响。本论文针对这些问题提出了建议,其目的是提高学生体育学习能力和锻炼意识、提高中考体育成绩,为学校的体育课程安排、课程内容的设计、以及更好的开展课外体育活动提供科学依据和参考。
In this paper, we reviewed, analyzed and sorted out the physical education policies of senior high school entrance examination in recent years by means of literature review, interviews and questionnaires, and explored the health status of our city middle school students based on a number of physical health indicators.
