以人参榕叶片为试材,研究了不同补光时长对贮运暗胁迫下人参榕叶片生长和细胞膜的影响。结果表明:不同补光时长处理的人参榕,随着贮运时间的延长,落叶率、黄化指数、丙二醛(MDA)含量、相对电导率(REC)均呈上升趋势。补光时间不同,上升的幅度也不同,总体变化趋势为补光时间越长,落叶率、黄化指数、MDA含量、REC增幅越小。比叶重(SLW)变化趋势相反。总体而言,光照8、10、12h/d植株贮运效果较好,考虑成本及灯管发热量,人参榕贮运时最适补光时长为8h/d。
Taking ginseng leaf of Ficus as test material, the effects of different light compensation time on leaf growth and cell membrane of gongnong under storage and transportation were studied. The results showed that with the increase of storage and transportation time, the deciduous rate, the yellowing index, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the relative electric conductivity (REC) of G. ginseng with different fill time were all increased.
