本文叙述了在离子氮化炉中用含硫化合物作气源进行辉光离子渗硫的研究。采用 Cr12钢试样,用金相、X 射线衍射、电子探针法研究了离子渗硫层的组织结构,进行了耐磨、抗咬合试验,并在生产中处理了 Cr12钢制 M18螺帽模具。试验表明,不需要改造离子氮化炉,送入含硫化合物蒸气就可实现低温(160-300℃)离子渗硫,可获得由 FeS、Fe_3S_4组成的渗层,具有良好的抗咬合性能和耐磨性能,可显著提高模具的使用寿命。同样,离子渗硫也具有离子轰击化学热处理固有的特点,是一项新颖的渗硫技术。
This paper describes the study of glow ion sulfurization using sulfur compounds as the gas source in an ion nitriding furnace.
