彭泽鲫无公害养殖水源应符合GB11607规定,养殖水体应符合无公害食品淡水养殖用水水质标准(NY5051—2001),渔药使用应符合无公害食品渔用药物使用准则(NY5071-2002),饲料应符合无公害食品渔用配合饲料安全限量(NY5072—2002),养殖排水应达到无公害要求。广大养殖户应适应市场需求,调整养殖业结构,大力发展安全无公害彭泽鲫生产,创造更佳经济效益。
