目前,开坯加热炉多采用冷装,即钢锭铸完放冷后,再将钢锭送到加热炉内加热.对大型钢锭,由于其铸后自身载热量较大,现已采用液芯加热.液芯轧制等节能新工艺,而小钢锭的载热量小,冷却快,而且存在热检、热装卸等问题,因此,它的红送问题研究得不多.本文介绍了在现场进行的小钢锭红送的模拟实验,同时配合数值计算,求出钢锭在不同的模内、模外和保温设备内冷却时间下的热状态参数,从理论和实践两方面对小钢锭红送问题进行了探讨。
