润滑是减少磨损的有效手段之一,良好的润滑有利于提高机械效率和延长其使用寿命。工业齿轮油在我国大致经历了三个发展阶段:1965年前,工业齿轮油传动用的润滑油。主要是馏份型的纯矿物油,1965～75年为加有少量添加剂的工业齿轮油,1975年以后,开展了极压工业齿轮油的研究,硫铅型和硫磷型中极压工业齿轮油,已陆续通过了部级鉴定,工业产品已供用户使用。硫磷型高极压工业齿轮油,也正在加紧研制。下面对硫磷型极压工业齿轮油的性能及其应用作一介绍。
