国家城市供水水质监测网监测站站长经验交流会于1996年10月21日至25日在海口市举行。来自35个省市的监测站站长和技术负责人,国家技木监督局实验室评审管理办公室主任樊恩健,建设部城建司供节水处刘昌兴处长,海南省建设厅城建处处长陈献溪、海口市市政府顾问胡德瑞、市政府秘书长谢文明、市城建局局长符史美及海口市自来水公司经理唐闻清、党委书记林孝鉴等领导出席了会议。出席会议总计72人,会议收到论文16份。
The experience exchange meeting for monitoring stations of the national urban water supply water quality monitoring network was held in Haikou City from October 21st to 25th, 1996. Director and technical leader of monitoring stations from 35 provinces and municipalities, Fan Enjian, Director of the Laboratory Accreditation Administration Office of the State Technical Supervision Bureau, Director of the Water Saving Department Liu Changxing, Director of the Department of Urban Construction of the Ministry of Construction, and Chen Xianxi, Director of the Urban Construction Division of the Construction Department of Hainan Province, Consultant Hu Derui of the Haikou Municipal Government, Secretary of the Municipal Government Xie Wenming, Secretary of the Urban Urban Development Bureau Fu Shimei, Manager of the Haikou Water Supply Company Tang Wenqing, and Party Secretary Lin Xiaojian attended the meeting. A total of 72 people attended the meeting. The meeting received 16 papers.
