目的探讨新生儿游泳对新生儿胎便转黄时间和黄疸指数的影响。方法997例正常新生儿随机分为游泳组522例,对照组475例,游泳组每天游泳1次,每次15~20 min,对照组常规护理,观察5 d婴儿排便和黄疸指数。结果游泳组初次排便提前,胎便转黄时间缩短(P<0.01),第3、4、5天黄疸指数明显降低(P<0.01)。结论新生儿游泳可促进新生儿的消化吸收功能,缩短胎便转黄时间,降低新生儿生理性黄疸,减少病理性黄疸的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of neonatal swimming on neonatal transitional transit time and jaundice index. Methods One hundred and ninety-seven normal newborns were randomly divided into swim group (522 cases) and control group (475 cases). The swimming group swam for 15-20 minutes each day. The control group received routine nursing and the defecation and jaundice index were observed on the 5th day. Results The first defecation in the swimming group was shorter than that in the normal group (P <0.01), and the jaundice index was significantly decreased on the 3rd, 4th and 5th days (P <0.01). Conclusion Neonatal swimming can promote the function of digestion and absorption of newborn, shorten the time of transferring of meconium, reduce the physiological jaundice of newborn and reduce the incidence of pathological jaundice.
