现将我院1970年至今共收治外伤性肠破裂93例诊治体会报告如下。 1.临床资料 本组93例,男74例,女19例;年龄8～70岁,平均34.5岁。腹部撞击伤64例(69％),挤压伤12例(13％),跌落伤5例(16％),刀刺伤2例(2％)。伤者均有不同程度腹痛,合并呕吐52例(54％),体温37.5℃以上46例(49％),脉搏大于100次/分37例(40％),血压小于12/8kPa 24例(23％)。腹穿62例,阳性发现55例
Now in our hospital since 1970 were treated 93 cases of traumatic intestinal rupture experience diagnosis and treatment are as follows. 1. Clinical data The group of 93 patients, 74 males and 19 females; aged 8 to 70 years, mean 34.5 years old. Sixty-four cases (69%) of abdominal crush injuries, crush injuries in 12 cases (13%), fall injuries in 5 cases (16%) and knife stab wounds in 2 cases (2%). There were 52 cases (54%) with vomiting, 46 cases (49%) with temperature above 37.5 ℃, 37 cases (40%) with pulse greater than 100 beats / min and 24 cases with blood pressure less than 12 / 8kPa %).
