目前,我国的技能技术人才短缺、在政府大力推动背景下,我国中等职业技术教育迎来了自身发展的良机,但同时也面临许多现实的困难与挑战。除了投入经费不足、传统意识中的教育精英化倾向,中等职业教育还面临着招生和就业等诸多方面的现实瓶颈。本文对这几个方面对所存在的问题原因进行探讨。提出了优化我国中等职业教育人才培养模式的途径与措施。
At present, our country has a shortage of technical and technical personnel. Under the background of the government’s vigorous promotion, the secondary vocational and technical education in our country ushers in an opportunity for its own development. However, it faces many practical difficulties and challenges. In addition to the insufficient investment and the tendency of elite education in the traditional sense, secondary vocational education faces the bottleneck in many aspects such as enrollment and employment. This article discusses the causes of the problems in these aspects. Put forward ways and measures to optimize the talent cultivation mode of secondary vocational education in our country.
