施工控制在连续梁桥安装过程中已经必不可少,在实施过程中,尤以应力控制和变形控制最为重要。文章以施工过程仿真计算为基础,结合施工现场实际情况,介绍了南京复兴桥主桥施工控制过程中的两个细节内容:(1)应力控制截面的布设和应力测点的布置;(2)变形控制实施过程中,变形监测工况安排。参照文中提出的处理方法,可提高施工监测效率和监控分析可靠性,为类似桥梁的建设提供参考。
Construction control in the continuous beam bridge installation process has been essential in the implementation process, especially in the control of stress and deformation is the most important. Based on the simulation of construction process, the paper introduces two details of the construction control of Nanjing Fuxing Bridge: (1) the layout of stress control section and the arrangement of stress measuring points; (2) Deformation control implementation process, deformation monitoring conditions arrangement. With reference to the proposed treatment methods, construction monitoring efficiency and reliability of monitoring and analysis can be improved, providing reference for the construction of similar bridges.
