南京市人民政府令第301号《南京市渣土运输管理办法》已经2013年10月15日市政府第16次常务会议审议通过,现予发布,自2014年5月1日起施行。市长:缪瑞林二○一四年三月十四日南京市渣土运输管理办法第一章总则第一条为了加强建设工程渣土运输管理,维护市容市貌,规范渣土运输秩序,保障公众人身、财产安全,根据《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》、《南京市城市治理条例》等相关法律、法规,结合本市实际,制定本办法。
