[Objective] To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Vitex negundo L.var.cannabifolia(Sieb.et Zucc.)Hand.-Mazz.and compare their contents in different parts.[Method] Taking the extraction rate of total flavonoids as index,L9(34)orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from leaves, stems, flowers, fruits and roots of Vitex negundo L.var.cannabifolia(Sieb.et Zucc.)Hand.-Mazz.by microwave method. Then, contents of total flavonoids in different parts were compared.[Result] The optimal extraction technology of total flavonoids was as follows:ethanol concentration of 30%,extraction temperature of 90 ℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶30 and microwave irradiation time of 12 min.Under this condition, the contents of total flavonoids from leaves, stems, flowers, fruits and roots were 9.33%,3.19%,8.52%,5.67% and 4.31%,respectively.[Conclusion] This study could provide theoretical basis for the proper development and utilization of Vitex negundo L.var.cannabifolia(Sieb.et Zucc.)Hand.-Mazz.resources.
