本文对216例未产妇人工流产术后继发不孕的生育力进行多因素分析和预测。经2年检查诊治随访,82例(38.0％)妊娠。内分泌失调与不明原因者的预后较好。输卵管性不孕有较高的宫外孕机会。生育力的恢复与人流对子宫的损伤成正比。患者就诊年龄、不孕年限、人流时孕周及施术医院等因素也应作为估计生育力的参考指标。
In this paper, multivariate analysis and prediction of fertility of 216 infertile women after induced abortion were carried out. After 2 years of follow-up examination and treatment, 82 cases (38.0%) of pregnancy. Endocrine disorders and unexplained good prognosis. Tubal infertility have a higher chance of ectopic pregnancy. Fertility restoration and flow of the uterine damage is proportional to. Factors such as patient’s age at diagnosis, duration of infertility, gestational age during abortion, and surgery hospital should also be used as reference indicators for estimating fertility.
