日前召开的中央经济工作会议,提出了“适应新常态”的经济发展大逻辑;定下了“稳中求进”的工作总基调,并对当前经济发展现状给出描述,我国经济运行总体平稳,但仍面临不少困难和挑战,经济下行压力仍较大,结构调整阵痛显现,企业生产经营困难增多,部分经济风险显现。对工程建设行业而言,投资增速放缓,要素价格上涨,融资渠道不畅,市场秩序不规范等制约行业发展的各种矛盾和问题,仍十分突出。2015年,如何加快推进全面深化改革,攻坚克难?国企改革、金融改革、财税体制改革等将出台哪些措施,产生怎样的影响?
