如果把班主任比作一位琴师,那么一个教学班就是一篇乐章,学生就是乐章中的一个个音符。琴师对于乐章上的每一个音符必须一视同仁,不因高音而偏爱,也不因低音而嫌弃。学困生就如同乐章中的低音符,如何使他们也发出和谐优美的音调呢?多年来的班主任工作实践,使我深深感到,要做好学困生的转化、疏导工作,班主任不仅要有献身精神,还要讲究教育艺术。
If the class teacher is like a luthier, then a teaching class is a piece of music. The student is one of the musical notes. The violinist must treat every note on the movement with equal attention, without prejudice to treble, and no disregard for bass. The poor learners are like the low notes in the movement. How can they also give them a harmonious and beautiful tone? Over the years, the class teacher’s work practice has deeply felt that in order to do a good job in transforming and diverting the students who have difficulty learning, the head teacher must not only have Devotion, but also pay attention to the art of education.
