在庆祝党的76周年诞辰前夕,求是杂志社举办这个座谈会,就学习江泽民同志中央党校重要讲话和贯彻落实《通知》精神展开讨论、研究,很有意义。下面谈几点想法。 第一,按照中央《通知》精神统一思想,提高对《通知》重要性的认识。《通知》是在国有企业改革和发展处在关键时期,中央发出的一个非常重要的文件。搞好国有经济关系全局,关系到社会主义市场经济体制的成败,也关系到社会主义制度本身的巩固和发展。
