目的 探讨氧自由基与阿苯达唑对旋毛虫幼虫作用的关系。方法 应用黄嘌呤氧化酶法和硫代巴比妥酸法分别测定用药组及未用药组旋毛虫幼虫和病鼠肝组织、血清中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和丙二醛 (MDA)含量的变化。结果 用药组病鼠体内旋毛虫幼虫中SOD和MDA的含量均有明显升高 ,与未用药组相比有显著性差异。病鼠用药后肝组织和血清中SOD和MDA含量略有升高 ,没有显著性差异。结论 阿苯达唑增强氧化损伤作用 ,有助于杀伤旋毛虫幼虫 ,而且对宿主也有一定损害
Objective To investigate the relationship between oxygen free radicals and albendazole on Trichinella spiralis larvae. Methods The levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum and serum of Trichinella spiralis larvae and diseased mice were measured by xanthine oxidase method and thiobarbituric acid method, respectively Variety. Results The contents of SOD and MDA in Trichinella spiralis larvae in the treated group were significantly increased, which were significantly different from those in the untreated group. After treatment, the content of SOD and MDA in liver tissue and serum of the treated mice increased slightly, with no significant difference.
