不同的栽培措施对油菜脂肪酸含量有较大影响.为了研究不同施肥量、种植密度对早熟油菜中控制脂肪酸合成关键基因bccp、fad6表达情况的影响,本试验利用qRT-PCR方法测定这2个基因在不同生育期及不同器官中的表达量.研究发现:bccp的表达量随着氮肥用量的增加而降低,随种植密度的增加而升高; fad6则随着氮肥用量的增加而先升后降,随着种植密度的增加而降低,同时,bccp、fad6的表达量均随着硼肥用量的增加而升高.此外,在A1B2C3、A1B3C3与A2B3C3处理时既能促进bccp表达,又能适当抑制fad6的表达,是比较理想的肥密条件.本研究可为早熟油菜品质改良提供参考.“,”Different cultivation measures have a great influence on the content of fatty acid in rape. In order to study the effect of different fertilizer and planting density on expression pattern of bccp and fad6 genes which were the key enzymes to control fatty acid synthesis in early-maturing rapeseed, the experiment determined the expression of these two genes at different development stages and in different organs by qRT-PCR method. This study found that the expression of bccp decreased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer dosage, but increased with the increase of planting density. The expression of fad6 first increased with the increase of nitrogen dosage and then decreased, while the expression decreased with the increase of planting density. At the same time, both of the expression of bccp and fad6 increased with the increase of boron fertilizer dosage. In addition, in the treatment of A1B2C3, A1B3C3 and A2B3C3, the expression of bccp was promoted, while the expression of fad6 was inhibited properly, which was an ideal condition of fertility and density. These results could be used as a reference for quality improvement of early-maturing rape.
