目的探讨腹部手术后引流管管口使用藻酸盐敷料促进愈合的效果。方法选择患者90例，分为治疗组45例和对照组45例，治疗组用藻酸盐敷料换药，对照组用凡士林敷料换药，观察两组引流口愈合时间。结果治疗组引流管管口愈合时间(4.31±0.90)d，对照组引流管管口愈合时间(5.31±2.00)d，<0.01，差异有统计学意义。结论藻酸盐敷料有利于腹部手术后引流管管口的愈合，有效减轻患者痛苦。“,”Objective To investigate the effect of alginate dressing on the healing of wound caused by the mouth of drainage tube after abdominal operation. Methods 90 patients with abdominal operation were included and divided into treatment group and control group, each group has 45 patients. The patients in treatment group were given alginate dressing treatment, while patients in the control group were given paraffin bandage dressing. The time of healing of wound caused by the mouth of drainage tube was compared. Results The time of healing of wound caused by the mouth of drainage tube was significantly shorter in the treatment group compared with control group (4.31±0.90d vs. 5.31±2.00d, <0.01). Conclusion Alginate dressing can improve the healing of wound caused by the mouth of drainage tube after abdominal operation.
