在毛主席革命路线指引下,在治山治水的生产实践中,我省广大贫下中农创造了水力冲填筑坝这一新的施工方法。这一新生事物一出现,就显示出它强大的生命力,深受广大贫下中农欢迎。几年来,我省西山地区采用水力冲填方法已筑坝一千多座,在普及大寨县的群众运动中,发挥出越来越大的作用。这一新生事物的出现对邓小平一伙散布的“今不如昔”和“上智下愚”等反革命修正主义谬论,是一个有力的批判。
Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line, in the production practice of water treatment in mountains and rivers, the vast majority of poor and middle-income peasants in our province have created a new construction method using hydraulic impounding and damming. As soon as this new thing appeared, it showed its strong vitality and was welcomed by the majority of poor and middle peasants. Over the past few years, more than 1,000 dams have been dug into the Xishan area of our province by hydraulic filling method, playing an increasingly important role in popularizing mass movements in Dazhai County. The emergence of this new birth is a powerful criticism of the counterrevolutionary revisionist fallacies such as “not as good as before” and “wisdom from wisdom as wisdom” distributed by Deng Xiaoping.
