江苏强劲的经济发展势头吸引了世界500强企业的眼光,更多的世界知名企业出现在了江苏人的视野中。面对外国朋友,能够进行流畅的交流已经成为多数企业用人的基本要求。而心理障碍、口语要素、文化差异、口语技巧是导致目前企业员工英语口语不地道、不流利的四大因素。为了让中职英语口语教学能更好地满足社会需求,中职英语口语教学亟待改革。
Jiangsu strong economic development has attracted the eyes of the world’s top 500 enterprises, more world-renowned enterprises in Jiangsu’s vision. The face of foreign friends, to carry out smooth communication has become the basic requirements of the employment of most businesses. Psychological disorders, colloquialisms, cultural differences and speaking skills are the four major factors that lead to the current employees not speaking spoken English and not fluent. In order to enable secondary vocational English oral teaching to better meet the needs of society, secondary vocational English oral education needs reform urgently.
