应用AciNPV杀虫剂防治杨尺蠖,在地面或空中使用高容量、低容量或超低容量喷洒,均能引起病毒流行病的发生。应用当年,杨尺蠖的种群密度可降低85%~96%。喷洒剂量地面最适为3.0×1011~6.0×1011PIB/hm2,不能低于2.03×1011PIB/hm2;飞机超低容量为3.75×101PIB/hm2,不能低于1.88×1011PIB/hm2。隔带喷洒可降低飞行作业费63.8%。防治适期以1~2龄幼虫占85%左右为最好。防治3~4龄幼虫应加大用量1倍,但保叶效果极差。喷洒时间在16:00以后为好,可避免阳光对病毒的影响。
The application of AciNPV pesticides to control populus davidiana and the use of high-capacity, low-volume or ultra-low-volume sprays on the ground or in the air can cause the epidemic of the virus.
