目的了解徐汇区放射诊疗工作人员放射防护相关知识培训的效果,为相关职能部门开展更有效的放射防护知识和有关法律知识的培训提供参考。方法选取徐汇区卫生行政部门直属发证管理的辖区内放射诊疗机构放射工作人员于培训前后分别进行问卷调查,问卷是根据健康教育知识、信念、行为(KAP)模型自行设计,内容包括放射卫生相关知识、放射卫生信念态度和放射卫生相关行为三大方面。对问卷的评分采用赋值法进行数据分析比较。结果培训后放射工作人员的知识、信念、行为得分及总平均得分均高于培训前,培训对知识知晓的提升贡献最大;经培训,放射工作人员在对个人剂量监测的必要性的信念态度与为受检者使用防护用品必要性的态度方面表现得差异不大,在主动告知受检者放射危害的前后态度上变化最明显;培训前后,放射工作人员在为陪检者使用防护用品的行为上变化最为显著。结论定期开展放射防护知识培训能有效改善放射诊疗工作人员的知信行,培训的形式应当多样化,同时,还应当重视加强对管理者的培训。
Objective To understand the effect of radiological training on radiation protection in Xuhui District and to provide reference for relevant departments to carry out more effective radiological protection and legal knowledge training. Methods Radiological staff of radiotherapy and medical institutions under the jurisdiction directly under the administrative department of public health administration in Xuhui District were surveyed before and after the training. The questionnaires were designed according to KAP model of health education. The questionnaires included radiological health related Knowledge, attitude toward radiation belief and radiation-related behavior. Evaluation of the questionnaire using the assignment method for data analysis and comparison. Results The knowledge, beliefs, behavioral scores and overall average scores of trained radiographers were higher than those before training, and training made the largest contribution to the improvement of knowledge-based knowledge. The training staff and radiographers were more confident in the necessity of personal dose monitoring. There was no significant difference in the attitudes of the subjects on the necessity of using protective articles, and the attitude was most obviously changed before and after taking the initiative to inform the subjects about the radiation hazard. Before and after the training, the radiation workers used the protective articles for the examiners The most significant change. Conclusion Regular radiological training can effectively improve the knowledge and practice of radiologists. The forms of training should be diversified. At the same time, attention should be paid to the training of managers.
