本文采用了介入方法对３０例进行期胃癌手术前进行了经动脉化疗栓塞术，观察化疗栓塞术中及术后症状的改变，对手术切除的２７例进行了病理组织检查。总有效率达７０．３％，是一种理想的围手术期胃癌的综合治疗方法。
In this article, interventional methods were used to perform transarterial chemoembolization in 30 patients undergoing advanced gastric cancer surgery. Changes in symptoms during and after chemoembolization were observed. Pathological examination was performed on 27 patients undergoing surgical resection. The total effective rate is 70.3%, which is an ideal comprehensive treatment method for perioperative gastric cancer.
