为了在实际工程设计中能较好地分析波形钢腹板组合箱梁,考虑到箱梁的空间效应,该文提出了采用十字空间网格法来模拟波形钢腹板组合箱梁,并根据波形钢腹板组合箱梁结构特点,推导其十字空间网格模型的截面特性计算公式,利用有限元分析对该方法计算的准确性进行了验证。研究表明:正对称荷载作用下,十字空间网格法能较好地模拟波形钢腹板组合箱梁,且计算误差在5%以内;反对称荷载作用下,十字空间网格法的分析精度受网格划分密度的影响较大;十字空间网格法的分析精度能满足实际工程的计算分析要求。
In order to analyze the corrugated steel web composite box girder effectively in practical engineering, considering the space effect of the box girder, this paper presents a method of using the cross space grid method to simulate the corrugated steel web composite box girder, The structural characteristics of the composite box girder with steel webs are deduced. The formulas for calculating the cross-section characteristics of the cross-grid model are deduced. The accuracy of this method is verified by finite element analysis. The results show that under the symmetrical load, the cross space grid method can simulate the corrugated steel web composite box girder better and the calculation error is less than 5%. The accuracy of the cross space grid method is affected by the anti-symmetrical load The influence of mesh densities is great. The precision of cross-space mesh method can meet the requirements of actual engineering calculation and analysis.
