患者男,26岁。因全身皮肤瘙痒3天于1990年4月26日就诊。患者3天以来,无明显诱因,每天夜间皮肤瘙痒,起大片风团,白天消退。查体:一般状况良好,全身皮肤未见明显红斑及丘疹,有散在抓痕、脱屑、结痂。拟诊“荨麻疹”,给予地塞米松注射液5mg肌肉注射。肌注后约10min,患者觉畏寒、呼吸困难、心悸。检查:体温36.5℃,脉搏80次/min,血压6.6
