故障现象:M-2024打印机,开机面板显示正常,但打印字车不动作.故障分析与排除:打开机盖,进行外观检查,发现F1(2.5A)保险熔断.经查看电路图得知F1是打印机字车电机驱动电路与36V电源之间连接的保险管,目的是防止当电机过载使驱动电路短路而造成电源过载烧毁.换上一个新保险管通电立即烧毁,说明打印机字车驱动电路有短路故障.断电测量STA434A集成电路,该芯片是驱动管集成块,把4个三极管集成在一起,见图:
